NAPA VALLEY PROPRIETARY RED WINE

Named for the 1841 upper Napa Valley land grant, “Rancho Carne Humana”, the bold and nuanced character of these wines is a worthy expression of the rich history and diverse soils of the land from where the fruit is grown. Winemakers Joseph Wagner and Derek Bietler, select “field blends” to be co-fermented and barrel aged as single lots to create opulent, richly textured wines with greater depth and integration.

Rich and dense with flavors of dark fruit, Bing cherry, smoky bacon and black pepper. Enjoy with hearty meat dishes like char-grilled steaks, chili con carne, or barbecued ribs.

NAPA VALLEY PROPRIETARY WHITE WINE

Winemakers Joseph Wagner and Derek Bietler select Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit that shows intense flavor and complexity. The fruit is then barrel-aged with pear and subtle citrus flavors, tropical highlights, and a slightly creamy mouth feel that gives way to a long, bright and clean finish.

Pairs well with oysters, sushi and light pasta dishes.
