Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 2 parts Elouan Rosé
- 1 part Vodka
- Dash of simple syrup
- Dash of angostura bitters
- Squeeze of lemon
- Top with soda water
- Peach, for garnish
- Star anise, for garnish
Preparation
In a stemless wine glass filled with ice, pour in Rosé and vodka. Add a dash of simple syrup and 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters. Squeeze lemon juice and top with soda water. Add a slice of peach and star anise for garnish.
